Identifying the fault starts with the right reading: symptom, active fault, subcode, operating condition and history. Memorizing codes does not solve it, understanding the system does.
- Check active fault and fault history on the keypad
- Assess cooling, fieldbus, encoder and DC link
- Verify permissives: run enable, external fault, Cooling OK
